How are you handling COVID?
At this time, Compassionate Connection Dog Training adheres to all government mandates regarding operating a business during this trying time. We are conducting in-person training sessions, at a limited operating capacity to ensure everyone's safety. Masks will be worn at all times and social distancing will be maintained throughout sessions. If restrictions arise preventing in-person sessions, all clients will be rescheduled to a virtual session or given the option to put their sessions on hold until in-person appointments can be safely conducted again.
What is your cancellation policy?
All training sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be considered a forfeiture of the session. Rescheduled appointments will be accommodated as possible, but require 48 hours' notice. In case of an emergency, please contact your trainer as soon as possible so we can reach a solution suitable for all parties involved.
Do my sessions expire?
All sessions and packages expire 120-days after purchase. Please keep this in mind when purchasing your training packages.
